Hiring Technical Engineer
We are a prominent leading contractor company in UAE. We are currently looking for an experienced motivated and talented technical architectural & civil engineer for immediate hiring as per below requirements.
• Should be locally available in UAE
• Preferably immediate joiners.
• Negotiable Salary Package
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Academic degree
• Master’s degree will be beneficial
• Construction Site experience is a must
• Experience in a technical role is a mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UAE
Key responsibilities:
• Assist project manager with assigned tasks and in the management of Subcontractor works and point out any technical deviation.
• Assist the project team with documentation and coordination
• Create, manage and track RFI’s, SCRs and SIRs for all missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
• Turn in submittals from subcontractors to A/E for approval
• Review submittals and other technical documents.
• Understand appropriate building codes/ regulations.
• Handle coordination with MEP and subcontractors.
• Formulate and review shop drawings and coordination drawings based on project’s design drawings in accurate with quality standards.
• Self-motivation and proactivity, able to accomplish tasks without direct oversight.
• Prepare architectural and structural as built drawings.
· Other Skills:
• Excellent communication skills both, written and oral
• Must have good command in English language
• Excellent work as part of a team.
• Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer literate
• Team player
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Professional in AutoCAD / REVIT
• Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others.
