Urgently Required an Electrical Engineer for a Contracting Company in Dubai.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in an Interior Fit-Out Company.
• Can join immediately with MOFAIC attested documents and valid UAE visa?
Job Description but not limited to:
• Reviews plans and specifications according to plan.
• Provides technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding installation and maintenance of MEP system.
• Advises the Project Manager of any technical aspects of the MEP services that may affect construction progress, e.g. quality or snag.
• In conjunction with the Document Controller, ensure that filing/logging of the MEP documentation is undertaken in line with the project handbook and continually monitor the same.
• Review the contractor’s installation method statements and Contractor’s shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent and return to Project Manager with appropriate comments/approval within the specified contractual period.
• Provides advice to Project Manager in regard to any MEP services related to variable costs that may be claimed by the Contractor during the course of the works.
