We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our tech and software client in Dubai.
The role will work closely with the leadership team and ensure that the organization is attracting, retaining and developing top talent.
This position will also be managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department including recruitment, employee relations/engagement, employee performance management, training and development as well as comp & ben.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in a leadership role
• Experience working in tech or similar industry
• Knowledge and expertise of the UAE Labor Law
• Excellent command of the English language
