Hiring Assistant Manager/Manager HR (L&D;)
Location- Dubai
One of our reputed clients in the retail industry is looking to hire a L&D;Specialist/Manager who is experienced in designing, developing and delivering training programs focusing on the retail segment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experience in the L&D;stream, preferably at a managerial or supervisory level.
• Retail background is a must.
• Exposure to generalist profile is a plus.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelors in HRM/Training or related.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Salary: 12K-15K AED per month.
