Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning.
• Lead and motivate a team of dedicated sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
• Conduct regular staff training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role, preferably within the retail industry.
• Hands-on experience with ZOHO is a must, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing the platform for inventory management and sales analysis.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service mindset, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
