Job Responsibility:
• Answer all the questions that customer ask about property and investment.
• Negotiate with the owner to get the best price and deal.
• Responsible for collecting the external leasing and sales availability lists to share with team members.
• Keep following the real estate market and stay looking for the dates and prices of the market.
• Responsible in making and creating all listings for sales and leasing and keep refreshing.
• Find the best customers and listing the properties.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have experience minimum 1 year in UAE real estate.
• Good listener, communication skills and negotiation.
• Excellent in data entry.
• Should be English/ Arabic speaker.
• Must know how to solve the problems with the customers.
• Understanding all the processes of the real estate and investment.
• UAE driving license.
