We at Fala Maintenance and Demolitions are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise building demolition projects
• Ensure all necessary permits and permissions are obtained
• Implement safety procedures to protect workers and the public
• Manage demolition crews and subcontractors
• Oversee the use, maintenance, and safe operation of heavy machinery and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage debris disposal and site cleanup
• Provide regular projects updates to stakeholders
• Manage project budgets
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the projects
Qualifications:
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in building demolitions and construction project management
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in projects management software
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
