Responsibilities for Medical Sales Representative
• Assess customer needs and present suitable promoted products.
• Present product information and deliver product samples.
• Communicate with and persuade targeted Health Care Professionals to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits.
• Keep detailed records of all contacts.
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
• Reach out to Health Care Professionals / Providers using cold calling and qualified leads.
• Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the Sales Director.
Qualifications for Medical Sales Representative
• 5 years’ experience as a medical sales representative or similar role at least 2 years in the UAE, ideally this experience includes medical consumables and medical devices.
• Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English although additional.
• language skills in Arabic would be a strong advantage.
• Own an existing network of key purchasers at medical facilities in Dubai.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in medical sales.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Driving Licence / own transport a big advantage
• Starting Salary 5-7K dependant on experience
• 48 Hours a week
