One of our clients, a luxury Chocolate Company are looking to hire a Shift Lead Chocolatier
Job Location: Dubai
Ideal candidates should have experience in:
• Chocolate Ganache formulation and knowledge of shelf life
• Making Chocolate Truffles, Bon bons, Chocolate bars, chocolate-covered fruit, and more
• Organizing / Assigning and planning of Daily tasks
• Chocolate sculptures and amenities – seasonal (Eid, Valentines, Christmas etc..)
• Operating Machine – Panning, FireX Caramel making, Staphan Ganache making
• Production Planning
• Planning R&D;• Requirements: 5-7 years of experience and must have truffle handwork experience.
