We are seeking a creative and passionate General Manager with a strong affinity for the F&B;industry to lead our restaurant and help 7 Management to attain great customer service and excellent restaurant management, GM will be responsible for supervising the staff and restaurant. Planning, organizing and training of staff necessary to achieve objectives in sales, cost management, customer service and satisfaction.
Qualification:
• Candidate must have relevant F&B;Hospitality experience in Fine Dining.
• 8+ Years of proven work experience with strong restaurant management knowledge of P&L;calculation, sales reporting, customer service and other relevant F&B;functions.
• Good communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with cash flow systems and restaurant management.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
