Urgently we are looking for an HR Executive to be based in #Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle of recruitment, new hire orientation and onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence, and performance management. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company’s managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
Requirements & Skills:
• Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in UAE as an HR Executive
• Experience must be in #construction.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office and HR software
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
