Are you a UAE National with a strong passion for IT and customer service? Do you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills? If so, we want you to join our team!
As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers by answering their questions, troubleshooting their problems, and resolving their issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who is:
• UAE National with family book
• 1-2 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, CS, Computer Engineering, or related majors
• Strong communication skills in English, good interpersonal skills
• Computer skills
• Customer support experience
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Time management skills
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
