Production Manager

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Production Manager to join our team immediately.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure that shop floor work planned, distributed, and carried out in an organized manner in line with production priorities.
• Deploy advanced production methodologies for complex and ordinary workshop activities including the efficient use of CNC machineries (Beam cutting, Plate processing, Drilling, Shot Blasting and Painting).
• Evaluate the timely delivery of raw material from Buyer and develop action plan and address the deficiencies, if any.
• Meet Daily with Supervisors and Team Leads to discuss and review production performance improvement.
• Manage the entire martial movement from raw material receipt to dispatch of finished goods in a cost efficient and expeditious manner including the internal and externa logistics activities.
• Ensure efficient Interface between pre-fabrication, fabrication and installation activities.
• Co-ordinate and manage sub-contracted activities whenever required.
• Ensure that the resources i.e., machinery, tools, workers, etc. are efficiently deployed and closely monitor to ensure timely completion of given tasks.
• Control cost of machine, material, and manpower to maintain good standards of productivity in line with budgets.
Skills required:
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques, codes, and industry standards.
• General manufacturing or engineering experience and understanding of project management, fabrication and machining.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices related to steel fabrication.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in related field
