We’re looking for a motivated Sales manager with a passion for finance and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Proven track experience as a sales manager in banking in UAE.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and plans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Excellent knowledge of PL/CC selling strategies.
• Applicant must be available in UAE.
• Leadership and motivational skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
