JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented and qualified Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai to be responsible for all Freight Forwarding management duties including selecting vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising & training employees, assessing & improving processes, while maintaining efficiency of process flows and profitability.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong attention to detail to oversee daily operations. In addition to having excellent organizational skills, you should also possess in-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Incoterms, Customer requirements with ads on experience in oil & gas sector along with basic transportation and customs procedures within the MENA region. Reporting to the COO, you will serve as point of contact for our key international clients, understand our customers shipping needs and requirements, plan and provide solutions within a time effective manner, and effectively manage the end-to-end shipping process for our key international clients across the world.
Only Candidate from Shipping and Logistics Industry and who are locally present in the UAE will be considered for this post
