RMA Motors is looking to grow its sales team with a strong Sales Executive that has the below experience;
• Minimum 5 years prestige car sales experience
• CRM knowledge and utilization to generate and qualify more leads via phone, social media and email.
• Comfortable and knowledgeable with using sales DMS
• Experience in using Video capture sales software such as C IT Now or Snap Cell.
• Must poses a strong array of closing techniques and negotiations to suit varying customer objections and situations.
• Schedule sales appointments, bookings, road tests and work with a diary system in conjunction with CRM to track progress
• Use deal sheets to close and upsell effectively
• Experience in finance procedure.
• Comfortable with prospecting, following up and cold calling.
Please only apply if you have a proven track record in the prestige car sales environment with main dealer experience. The customer journey and road to the sale must already be second nature to you. Previous sales training and a driving license is mandatory, along with being a general motoring enthusiast.
