Location: Dubai
Experience 4 to 5 yrs in Healthcare
Roles and Responsibilities:
• By supporting OPD management to coordinate clinic slots and patient scheduling based on utilization, while working with the call center to manage patient requests
• By liaising with Nursing and administration to ensure every physician in every clinic has the resources needed
• Serves as the contact person to all physicians for any issues or queries
• Supports efficiency of operations by ensuring all issues are addressed while working with the following departments:
• Clinic management, Patient Affairs, RCM and Billing, Nursing, Allied Health
