Hiring Finance Business Partner

Role Outline:
We have experienced exponential growth over the years, which resulted in the need for Finance Business Partner who can work closely with the sales & management teams across all business lines, to provide analytical and commercial support to understand market trends, determine pricing, demand planning, and evaluating growth opportunities & risks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Own all commercial data, lead analysis and provide decision support across all verticals on investments, pricing, and inventory management
• Own the pricing process across all verticals and all SKUs, to ensure that revenues are protected and gross margin thresholds are met.
• Optimize the investment in inventory & capital equipment. Own the inventory management process across all verticals, which ensures adequate levels of stock are maintained and at the same time, carrying costs are minimized.
• Be the SPOC for sales & management teams across the group, for any analytical support or carry out deep dives to evaluate business opportunities, build / validate business cases.
• ● Participate in commercial negotiations with customers & suppliers.
• Work closely with the finance team members, in establishing best practices across the function.
• Lead the local invoicing team and oversee the entire revenue cycle
Skills & Attributes:
• Top notch data analysis skills
• Advanced knowledge of Google Docs & MS Office tools.
• Integrity, accountability, strong work-ethic & attention to detail
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action, resourceful and with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Confident to present analysis and results to all levels of management.
• 5+ years’ experience with a distribution business, with a deep understanding of commercials, inventory management & analytics
• Education: MBA – Finance or holder of professional accounting certification (CA / CPA / CMA / ICWA)
• Location: Dubai, UAE with frequent travel to Muscat, Oman
