Quantity Surveyor with landscape experience:
The company needs an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven and well-organized Quantity Surveyor with Landscape Experience who has a strong experience in sales or in contracting companies for Sports Flooring, Kids Play Area Floorings, Indoor & Outdoor Floorings and Landscaping to join our team based in Dubai
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate sales & identify client needs, book meeting appointments and explain company’s products & services.
• Reporting to Management and submitting activity/Result reports such as daily call Leads reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report.
• Making competitive Sales Quotation by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives
• Servicing current customers, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call.
• Managing sales pipeline to meet sales target and to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
• Maximize all revenue opportunities through analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads.
• Coordinating with transporters, shipping agents and optimize the mix for efficiency at work.
• Salary:
• AED 6000 to AED 8000, 2 years visa, insurance, ticket once in 2 years one way (as per UAE Labour Law) + sales commission.
