Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of Mirsal II
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Coordinate with shipping lines
• Great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
• Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements
• Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
• Answering customer queries
• Process all documentation related to logistics
• Reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Preparing bills and invoices
• Accounting Knowledge
