Hiring Project Manager
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-rise building construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage and collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, fostering effective communication and teamwork.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identifying critical milestones and implementing strategies to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee procurement processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations throughout the project in coordination with the HSE department.
• Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Regularly report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders, providing timely updates and maintaining transparency.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Dubai Municipality Certification with Advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 15-20 years of Extensive experience as a Project Manager in high-rise building construction projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Western/European background with a deep understanding of construction processes, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
