Hiring for Real Estate Sales Consultant (Salary plus high Commission)
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and Hotel Rooms properties.
• Conduct property viewings and prepare listing presentations.
• Provide market analysis and advice on pricing strategies.
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients
• Coordinate property transactions, including inspections, appraisals, and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Keep up-to-date with current real estate trends, regulations, and laws
• Attend networking events and stay active in the local community.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Russian speakers (preferred)
