This is a pivotal role in shaping the brand by leading the HR and talent management functions. You will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that enable to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As a large ambitious luxury brand, we are seeking a dynamic Head of HR to help set up the Middle East operations as part of the buy-back strategy that can drive the vision forward.
You must have a background in the fashion industry.
