Hiring Marketing & Communication Executive
Location: #Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Visitors Engagement: Confirm the registrations and attendance list of the visiting groups. Lead, arrange and develop the tour routes and agenda of the visits. Conduct short learning activities to visitors when needed.
• Research Engagement: Responsible for scheduling, organizing and promoting research activities and special events (e.g. technical sessions, seminars…etc.) to internal and external stakeholders.
• Outreach Activities: Responsible for scheduling, organizing and promoting outreach activities and special events. Conduct visits to internal and external partners to promote company R&D;activities and programs.
Below is ideal:
• Degree in Marketing Communications or Business Management.
• Experience in holding events and organizing and promoting outreach activities, tours and visits
• Experience in designing and conducting learning activities
• Arabic speaker with excellent English language (oral and written) communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar working environment/facility (technical).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Design software packages (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
