Hiring Sales Assistant (Audio-Visual)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will be a crucial support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting and assisting customers in person or over the phone, providing product information and guiding them through the sales process.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
• Assist in processing sales orders and returns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and invoices.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining sales materials and product displays.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to restock inventory as needed.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business administration, Sales or related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Sales or related roles, preferably within the UAE
• Working experience in audio-visual industry is a must
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
