Purchase Officer
Experience and Professional Qualifications:
• Handle site requests, and prepare and process purchase orders. Knowing software E-Procurement system, Outlook, MS Office (excel, word)
• Experienced, in maintaining and updating records of procurement log, delivery information and invoices, payment certificates, and cost reports.
• Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, and negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
• Follow up with the suppliers for the delivery.
