RSM UAE is on the lookout for a knowledgeable and driven finance professional to fulfil a Junior Finance Executive role at our client.
Role – The Junior Finance Executive will support the finance team based in Dubai with transactional processing, account reconciliations, and analysis performed for the other team members.
Team - The finance team consists of three members with this role supporting both the Senior Finance Executive and the Gulf Finance Manager.
Summary of key responsibility areas will include:
• Revenue and sales invoices
• Supplier and purchase invoices
• Bookkeeping
• Statutory compliance
Skills required
• Accounting degree or previous accounting experience
• Languages required: English and Arabic
• Good IT literacy skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Strong organisation skills with close attention to detail
• Pro-active with a can-do attitude and willing to offer support readily
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An appreciation of confidentiality
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
