Requirements:
• Proven experience in showroom management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in Design field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom.
• Lead and mentor showroom staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the showroom maintains a high standard of visual presentation.
• 12 000 AED + commission
