Requirement
• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills.
• Computer Literacy including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Customer Service Skills with the ability to problem solve and diffuse tense situations.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Prior experience in a hotel or customer service role is a must.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Knowledge with OPERA PMS or WISHNET PMS is a must.
• Candidates must have at least 2 year of hotel experience in UAE.
