We are seeking experienced Legal Professional for a dynamic import-export finance facilitation company in UAE.
Job Location: Business Bay - Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice on import-export operations
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
• Drafting Legal Notices and settlement agreements
• Interpreting laws, rulings and regulations related to UAE Civil Laws
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Represent the company in negotiations
• Manage the company’s legal risks
Requirements:
• LLB or LLM
• 3+ years’ experience as Legal Counsel
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English mandatory and Arabic would be an advantage
