Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience 5+ years in IT training, preferably within a technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Certification in relevant technologies or training methodologies is a plus.
• This role requires a blend of technical expertise, pedagogical skills, and an understanding of business operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about empowering users through effective training and enabling the seamless integration of technology within various business functions.
