Job Summary:
Sevents Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Estimator with at least 1- 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. As a Civil Estimator, you will play a crucial role in helping the company accurately estimate project costs, prepare competitive bids, and contribute to the success of our construction projects. Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Civil Estimator in the construction industry.
• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
