Job Description: Senior Property Consultant
LASE Properties, a leading real estate company based in Dubai, is seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team. As a premier player in Dubai’s real estate market, we specialize in providing exceptional property solutions and outstanding customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties.
• Generate leads and actively seek out new clients through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
• Assist clients in their property search by understanding their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, including pricing, availability, and market trends.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both buyers/tenants and property owners.
• Prepare and present comprehensive property proposals and contracts to clients.
• Maintain a strong database of potential clients and regularly follow up to build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations affecting the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and listings for properties.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance knowledge and expand professional network.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in the Dubai real estate market.
• A valid Real Estate License issued by the Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA).
• Sound knowledge of the local real estate market, including current pricing trends, property types, and popular residential areas.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools.
• A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
