Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Execute effective telesales strategies to meet targets.
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in client relationship, customer relationship, or tele-sales management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic ; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
