Job Responsibilities:
• Relationship executives typically work in customer-facing roles
• Cultivating and managing relationships with clients.
• Their responsibilities may include understanding client needs, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• These professionals often act as liaisons between the company and its clients, providing support, managing accounts, and possibly upselling or cross-selling products or services.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial in building and maintaining positive relationships.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in client relationship management min 3-5years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Location: Deira ,Dubai.
• Salary: 4K AED -5k AED
• Note: prefer immediate joiners.
