Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel.
• Generate leads and convert them into bookings for rooms, events, and facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the hotel management to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive in the hotel industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
