The Senior Design Manager will be the key in guiding and managing the design team to deliver high-quality projects. This requires a combination of strong design expertise, project management skills, and effective team leadership. Senior Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior design management role (At least 10-15 years in UAE).
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Can produce freehand sketches for concept designs and schematics.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Can work under pressure
