Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience:
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the field of IT and Audio Visual Systems
Qualifications Education/ Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) –Information Technology, Computer Science, and Electronics & Communication.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Provide first-line support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and track changes in hardware and software configurations
• Provide Technical Support regarding the Audio Visual Systems related to the meetings.
• Technical Assistance for the Hardware equipment’s like printer.
• Configuring User Access for the Printers to End users.
• Should have excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Arabic Language.
