Qualifications:
• 5+ years of UAE Experience in Sales/Business Development within Construction/Contracting companies.
• Must have experience getting a new business of Villas and Building Projects.
• Should have a thorough knowledge of the UAE construction market.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have excellent presentation skills.
• Contributes to the long-term success and profitability of the organization.
• Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring they align with our values and standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• -Develops and maintains strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors and clients.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.
