Hiring Operations Officer - Fintech
Looking for a tech-savvy operations officer for a leading fintech regulated by DFSA. The candidate must have 10+ years’ experience in digital payments and card operations in banking or non-banking financial institution. Main responsibilities include
Reconciliation of bank accounts and customer transactions
Customer dispute management
Customer onboarding
Chargeback
Management of overall backend operations of the company
Candidates based in UAE are preferred however company may consider candidates based out of other countries as well
