Sanabel Aluminum Company, is seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to provide administrative and professional support
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of technical projects, contracts, and deadlines.
• Organize and manage the Technical Manager’s office supplies and equipment.
• Research and gather information on technical topics as assigned.
• Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a secretary in a technical or engineering environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in the Aluminum industry is a plus.
