We are seeking dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our Secondary Market Division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry and a passion for helping clients find their dream properties.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities include:
• Source and qualify potential clients through various channels
• Show properties and assist clients in finding their dream property
• Guide clients through the process of making an offer and closing a deal
• Provide clients with market analysis and advice on pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Dubai real estate market
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
• MINIMUM 2 years experience working as a Secondary Real Estate Agent in Dubai
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to self motivate
• Must be able to speak fluent English. Ability to speak other languages is a bonus.
• Valid UAE driving license
