Hiring Real Estate Listing Agent
Responsibilities:
• Listing properties and ensuring accurate and appealing property descriptions
• Negotiating effectively with property owners to secure listing agreements
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi
• Conducting market analysis to advise clients on property pricing
• Collaborating with other real estate professionals to facilitate transactions
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a real estate listing agent
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• -Proven track record of successful property listings and sales
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Salary: AED 2500-3000 + commission (Negotiable based on experience)
• Language: Arabic and English (Required)
Additional Information:
• Immediate hiring
• Own visa preferred, but visa can be provided if necessary
• Location: Abu Dhabi
