We are Hiring E-commerce Sales Officers
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of telesales experience in the UAE, preferably with insurance products.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software, Online Portals, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, with a high level of enthusiasm and energy.
• Immediate joiners would be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with online quotations.
• Quickly create online insurance quotes and follow up on incomplete leads.
• Solve customer questions and meet their needs.
• Use sales tactics to win business and achieve sales goals.
• Keep up-to-date with our insurance products to provide personalized advice.
• Keep customer details up-to-date in our system accurately.
