Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 positions available
• Welcome candidates of any nationality
• Must have UAE experience
• Currently residing in the UAE
• Visa provided, 6 days a week
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer complaints effectively
• Provide timely solutions and alternatives
• Follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures
• Assist in receivable collection
• Salary Range:
• Between 6000AED to 8000AED
