They are currently seeking a Procurement Manager for their UAE office. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role within the marine industry. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant field, with a solid understanding of logistics and procurement procedures within the marine sector. Exposure to marine standards is highly desirable.
The successful candidate should demonstrate analytical skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to exercise sound judgment in decision-making processes. Additionally, the candidate must be able to perform effectively in high-pressure situations, while meeting time-bound deliverables. The ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient under pressure is crucial for this role.
