Diagrid Building Contracting seeks for a Civil Engineer with minimum experience of 5 years with certification/license.
About the Role
Civil Engineer required for the company in Dubai to handle all types of villas, G+1, Stores, Warehouses, & schools projects A to Z including final finishing’s as well as handover to clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and guidance to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards throughout the process.
• Expertise in Authority Enquiry/Approvals/Submission in Dubai (DM, DDA Trakhees, Nakheel, JGE, EMAAR etc.).
• -Conduct regular inspections to ensure project meet quality standards and specifications.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance.
• Project Execution
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with G+1 Dubai Municipality Certification.
• Prior experience, minimum of 5 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• UAE driving license.
