We are looking for an enthusiastic contact center executive who can handle inbound calls and can handle premium customers in a very well versed manner.
Responsibilities:
• handle inbound calls
• respond to customer queries
• provide 100 % customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of contact center experience
• Real Estate, Banking or related background
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Arabic/Arabic-French speakers preferred
• Salary: Upto AED 8000
