Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to work as a SITE ENGINEER and oversee various construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
• In charge of organizing weekly site visits and assisting in preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Conduct meetings weekly with all parties involved and prepare the Minutes of the Meeting (MOM)
• Well-versed in project quality control procedures, including quality assurance (submittals and approvals) and quality control (site observations, site instructions, etc.)
• Monitor and respond to all project-related emails
• Accountable for preparing a checklist of work for every activity going on in the project
• Responsible for reviewing the contractor’s ongoing invoice and reporting it to the Project Manager
• Ensuring adherence to the program of work and updating the monthly report
Technical Skills:
• AutoCAD
• MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
