Architect - Authorities Experience
• B.Arch. or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an Architect in building projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi Municipality and other authorities, including specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Proficiency in computer 3D and presentation programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality DEQ System and Abu Dhabi Municipality MEPS system.
• Attentive to detail and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Immediate joining is a must.
